Salary
£33,147 per annum including Night Shift Allowance of £3,595 per annum

About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a permanent night shift Water Leak Technician to deliver both reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across client stores. You will be responsible for identifying and repairing water leaks, replacing faulty pipework and components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate.

You will provide a first line response to water leaks, effectively diagnose faults and failures, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensuring all jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and meeting relevant KPIs is essential. Compliance with Arcus Health & Safety procedures and client site requirements is mandatory.

Planning routes and managing daily workloads efficiently is key, with a strong focus on prioritising aged work orders and maintaining a first-time fix work ethic.

Experience
- Experience of water leak or drainage works is advantageous
- Basic plumbing experience or knowledge required
- Basic electrical knowledge desired but not essential
- Other trade or industry qualifications and certifications desired but not essential
