About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Javelin Global Commodities' growing Accounting team, reporting to the Head of Accounting. The team consists of twelve employees and forms part of the wider Finance department, which includes Tax, Risk, and Trade Finance, all reporting into the CRO and CFO. The Workday Financials Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving the organisation's accounting and financial systems, with a focus on the Workday Financials environment. Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing Workday Financials to ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards, conducting regular audits to monitor system performance and compliance, collaborating with business units and Workday SMEs to drive process improvements and transformation initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert by providing training and support, assisting in the development of standard operating procedures related to financial systems, configuring, testing, validating and implementing Workday business process changes, designing, maintaining and optimising system configurations, and supporting Workday releases. Requirements

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Strong experience owning and configuring Workday Financials modules including Revenue, Accounting, Spend and Tax
- Experience maintaining Workday tenant security across functional areas
- Ability to design custom reports, calculated fields, and condition rules
- Workday Financials certifications are desirable

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required. Workday Financials certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
