About the Role
This is a hands-on and varied position supporting the Workspace team across a portfolio of 9 sites in London.
You’ll help ensure the workspaces run smoothly, supporting everything from tenant onboarding and community engagement to facilities coordination and event delivery.
You’ll also act as a key point of contact for tenants, so excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills required
- Salesforce experience is desirable
- Passion for community-led development and social enterprise
- Comfortable supporting multiple sites and a varied range of activities
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and tenant relations across London locations
- Onboard new tenants and respond to tenant enquiries
- Coordinate maintenance issues and manage tenant expectations
- Support the planning and delivery of events and workshops
- Support other teams across the organisation when required
- Create content for social media and the website
- Maintain CRM records using Salesforce and other administrative systems
- Collect impact data and support project evaluation
- Help ensure workspaces operate smoothly and provide a positive experience for tenants and communities

- Experience in workspace, property, facilities or community-focused environments
- Experience supporting events and workshops
- Experience creating social media or website content
- Experience collecting impact data or supporting project evaluation
