As part of L'Oréal Luxe, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by embodying the brand's luxury values and expertise. You will provide personalized beauty advice, demonstrate products with confidence, and immerse customers in the rich heritage of Yves Saint Laurent. Your role will involve building authentic relationships, staying ahead of beauty trends, and creating engaging in-store experiences that inspire and empower customers. You will also represent the brand both in-store and on social media platforms, contributing to the dynamic retail environment and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver the One Luxe Experience by providing premium, personalized service
Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to meet customer needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of makeup, skincare, and wellness trends
Achieve individual and counter sales targets
Build and nurture client relationships both in-store and digitally
Promote in-store events, promotions, and brand activations
Create innovative and engaging customer experiences
Participate actively in team training and complete administrative tasks
Maintain high standards of hygiene and merchandising at the counter

Experience
Passion for beauty and experience in providing personalized advice is essential. Previous retail or beauty advisor experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
