About the Role
As an Account Manager at BaxterStorey, you will oversee high-end hospitality and events operations for our wealth management clients. You will be responsible for managing teams across two accounts, including Hospitality and Reception services, while also supporting their offices nationwide with delivered hospitality and consumables. We are looking for a passionate leader who can motivate their team to provide genuine hospitality and impeccable service. You have a contagious passion for food and customer service, and you draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team. You are financially astute, analytical, and know how to create and maintain budgets while driving commercial performance. Excellent delegation and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
