In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain high quality and presentation standards, collaborate on menu development, and ensure cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Passionate about culinary arts with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications
