We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our exceptional Retail Culinary team at a leading global investment bank in Central London. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, managing your station and ensuring cleanliness and supply levels, maintaining high quality and presentation standards, collaborating with the team, assisting with menu development, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not explicitly required.
