About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, stock rotation, food labelling, and general cleaning duties. You will ensure that high standards of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times. Chef academy training is available to help you improve your culinary skills and progress your career within a prestigious and fast-growing company.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not mandatory if you have the right experience and attitude.
