As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain your area with supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential.
You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, providing suggestions for new recipes and improvements. Teamwork and effective communication with colleagues are key, as is maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
