As Executive Head Chef, you will manage the smooth and efficient operation of a kitchen across multiple outlets within a single site contract, including separate kitchens for Hospitality and the Free-Issue Staff restaurant, as well as supporting the retail Coffee Bar with cakes, pastries, and tray bakes. You will oversee a high volume, high quality hospitality offering, serving circa 600 lunches daily in the staff restaurant with a streamlined and healthy breakfast service.
Your responsibilities will include organising the planning, preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the standards required by the company and client, ensuring supplies are correctly issued and accounted for, conducting stock takes and food rotation procedures, setting objectives, and managing the day-to-day running of the kitchens including recruitment and selection. You will assess employee performance, identify training needs, stay updated on current food trends and ingredients, control financial targets while maximising commercial opportunities, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation and procedures.

Experience
Proven experience within a demanding kitchen environment at the relevant level.
Experience managing high volume, high quality hospitality operations.
Ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications
