About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Assistant to join our team at Lift Trinity. This is an exciting opportunity to help create a fun, safe and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive after the school day.

You will plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities that meet the individual developmental needs of children. You will create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can play, learn and develop.

Encouraging children's social, emotional, physical and creative development through a range of structured and free-play activities is key. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and supervision at all times.

Responsibilities include registering pupils and following school procedures for attendance and safeguarding, preparing and distributing healthy snacks while promoting good hygiene and healthy lifestyles, building positive relationships with children, parents and carers, and liaising with the School Operations Manager regarding the planning, attendance and day-to-day running of the club.

You will also maintain a clean, organised and safe environment before, during and after each session and promote positive behaviour while following school policies relating to safeguarding, health and safety, behaviour and first aid.

Lift Trinity is dedicated to ensuring every child succeeds, providing a safe, stimulating and supportive environment where children develop a genuine love for life, learning and play. We strive to offer rich and inspiring learning opportunities that enable our pupils to achieve their full potential and develop a lifelong passion for learning.
