Ready to take your agency relationships to the next level? Looking for a leadership role within dynamic and creative media sales teams? This Agency Group Head role at Bauer Media Outdoor offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of Agency Account Directors and Managers aligned to our Dentsu and Publicis agency patch. This is one of our most strategically important agency groups, encompassing some of Bauer Media Outdoor’s largest long-term commitment spenders and significant growth potential, particularly within Publicis.

Your role will be to drive momentum, unlock growth opportunities, and support your team to hit their targets while nurturing agency relationships that create long-term value. This position blends people leadership, strategic planning, and senior-level agency engagement. You will set the strategy for your agency patch, take ownership of revenue growth, develop tailored account plans, and build strong relationships with senior agency stakeholders such as Managing Partners and Business Directors.

You will also coach and develop your team, helping them respond confidently to briefs and build strong agency partnerships. Additionally, you will contribute to department-level strategy, planning, and forecasting alongside the leadership team. This is a key leadership role with both commercial and people responsibilities, ideal for someone ready to step up and make a significant impact in the out-of-home media sector.

Experience
Proven experience in media sales, specifically within out-of-home (OOH) media. Strong understanding of how specialist media agencies operate. Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, a commercial mindset and relevant industry experience are essential. A passion for media sales and agency engagement is key.
