You will actively seek training on all relevant equipment, promote a safe working environment by adhering to infection prevention, health and safety, information governance, and safeguarding policies. Accurate documentation and compliance with Trust medicines policy are essential. As a leader, you will act as a role model, mentor students and junior staff, assist with inductions, and contribute to local policy development.
Professionalism is paramount; you will embody the Trust’s PROUD values, maintain mandatory training and CPD, manage stress effectively, and uphold equality, diversity, and inclusivity principles.
