As an Analyst in the Commercial division, you will be a key member of the Strategic Projects Analytics team, unlocking the value of our vast multi-brand, multi-channel data asset. Your role involves collaborating closely with Commercial divisions, applying analytical skills and business acumen to investigate root causes of issues, identify optimisation opportunities, and measure the impact of change projects. You will own projects, develop stakeholder relationships, and champion a collaborative approach to requirements gathering. Delivering high-quality, accurate insights and recommendations through data storytelling, you will drive actionable business decisions and ensure the real truths within the data are effectively communicated and utilised.

Experience
Highly numerate and analytical background with a degree in mathematics, statistics, or a similar field, or strong relevant analytical experience. Proven ability to deliver actionable insights and drive business change.

You are a passionate analytical professional with strong SQL and Python skills essential for data analysis. You communicate complex information effectively and have an inquisitive mindset with keen problem-solving skills. You excel at building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, applying commercial acumen to understand business challenges, and proactively seek continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your analytical expertise and contribute to the wider analytics community.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in SQL and Python are essential. A background in mathematics, statistics, or a related analytical discipline is required.
