We have an excellent opportunity for an Applications Specialist to join the Technology Department. In this role, you will provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement for assigned business applications. You will ensure critical systems remain operational while supporting upgrades, enhancements, and new technology implementations.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support and maintenance for production business applications, investigating and resolving application incidents and service requests, monitoring system performance, supporting business application projects such as upgrades and decommissioning, and collaborating with solution architects, database administrators, cyber security specialists, and third-party suppliers to deliver effective application support.

Experience
Experience in an analytical applications role supporting core business applications within a 24x7 environment.
Experience with application management tools and techniques and working across multiple technical teams.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage application administration and support effectively.
Qualifications
ITIL Foundation accreditation (or higher).
HND level education or equivalent experience.
