We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Data Analyst to support the integrity, accuracy, and insight of our Asset Management Team. This role is critical in enabling informed decision-making across asset management, operations, and planning within Housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, maintain, and validate asset data across multiple systems
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are met
- Produce clear reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
- Support asset lifecycle, performance, and risk analysis
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and business teams
Experience
- Experience working with large datasets and asset information
- Experience in Asset Data Systems and Housing Management Systems
- Knowledge of asset management principles and data structures
