Job Description You will be responsible for overseeing and deputy managing all aspects of client dining experiences to enhance business relationships and promote all services. This role involves strategic planning, execution of high-quality dining events, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organise, and execute client dining events, including lunches, dinners, and special occasions. Collaborate with internal teams to identify key clients and opportunities for dining events. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular dining engagements. Ensure a personalized experience by understanding client preferences and dietary restrictions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during dining events. Logistics and Operations: Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service execution. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Oversee day to day setup, execution, and teardown to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all client dining events. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to continuously enhance the client dining experience. Team Leadership: Deputy manager and mentor a team of event coordinators and support staff. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client dining activities. Analyse event data to measure success and inform future planning. Prepare regular reports for senior management on client engagement and satisfaction.
