About the Role
Pizza Pilgrims is finally coming to Westfield Stratford this August! We are excited to welcome new neighbours, guests, and most importantly, our amazing new team. Founded in 2012 by Thom & James, who journeyed from Sicily to London on a 'Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza, Pizza Pilgrims has grown from a market stall in Soho to over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK. We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients from Naples, including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia e friarielle, to make authentic Neapolitan pizza every day.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a specialist in creating lasting pizza memories and amazing pizzeria vibes, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your responsibilities will include health & safety compliance, creating rotas, stock management, leading team meetings, training and coaching staff, maintaining food quality, managing customer feedback, and contributing ideas to attract more guests to dine with Pilgrims.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or management is beneficial but not essential. We value enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn above all.
