About the Role
Pizza Pilgrims is expanding its presence across London and is seeking talented Sous Chefs to join the team. If you have a passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza, enjoy leading a kitchen team, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, this role is for you. As a Sous Chef, you will specialize in creating the best Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Founded in 2012 by Thom and James, who journeyed from Sicily to London to master the secrets of Italian pizza, Pizza Pilgrims has grown to over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK. We use premium ingredients from Naples, including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, and salsiccia e friarielli, to craft authentic pizzas every day.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the kitchen team
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Managing stock and kitchen maintenance
- Overseeing food quality audits
- Successfully launching new guest pizza offerings

Experience
Previous experience working with Neapolitan style pizza and as a Sous Chef is required.
