About the Role
Pizza Pilgrims is expanding across London and looking for talented Head Pizza Chefs to join the team. If you love authentic Neapolitan pizza, enjoy leading a kitchen team, and take pride in making people genuinely happy, this role is for you. As Head Pizza Chef, you will be a specialist in creating the best Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
You will be responsible for team management and engagement, recruitment, training, and succession planning, health and safety compliance, stock management, successful guest pizza launches, kitchen maintenance, food quality auditing, and reporting.
Pizza Pilgrims prides itself on using the finest ingredients from Naples, including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia, and friarielle, to craft award-winning pizzas. Experience
Proven experience working with Neapolitan style pizza and previous experience as a Head Chef.
