Home to Wani Tzuki, a contemporary Japanese dining concept, alongside a chic French restaurant and the lively Alligator Bar known for bold cocktails and live DJs, House of Louie combines energy, elegance, and exceptional service under one roof.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and high-performing working environment. Delivering exceptional guest experiences with consistently high standards of service, hospitality, and attention to detail will be key.

Responsibilities include assisting with staff briefings, training, rotas, and performance management to support team development and success. Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety and food hygiene regulations is essential.

You will handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression.
