About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join Team OB in our Waterloo store. You will work alongside your Store Manager to enhance sales and motivate your team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity, and joy to the store by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales.
As an OB Assistant Store Manager, you will analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team, work with KPIs to evaluate performance and identify development areas, and lead by example to ensure personal and store objectives are met. You will support the Store Manager with progress meetings and appraisals, develop and support your team’s career progression, and ensure adherence to company cash handling and operational standards.
