Your key responsibilities include acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical and commercially focused HR support; building strong relationships across the business and People team to deliver consistent, effective people solutions; supporting culture and engagement initiatives that reinforce behaviours and expectations set out in The Pledge, promoting respectful, inclusive and high-performing teams; supporting cyclical people processes such as talent, performance, reward and workforce planning; using people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement; and supporting organisational change and strategic people initiatives, deputising for the HR Business Partner when required.
