Requirements

Experience
- Substantial experience in infrastructure project/programme management across the lifecycle, including project management principles, contract and budget management, financial management, project controls, schedule management, and benefits alignment.
- Knowledge and practical application of CDM regulations.
- Experience in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Preparation and presentation of status reports.
- Leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and lead in challenging or ambiguous environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trusted advisor relationships.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and communicate effectively with senior client representatives.
- Drive and commitment to achieving solutions under pressure.
- Ability to identify client opportunities and solve challenges independently.

Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in management, construction, infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Professional affiliation with APM, ICE, or equivalent professional institution.
- Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, or MSP.
- NEC accreditations or qualifications desirable.
- CSCS or equivalent certification preferred.
- Beneficial experience includes procurement and managing NEC contracts, managing contractors and consultants on infrastructure projects, consultancy or client-side project management experience, and familiarity with public sector organisations relevant to infrastructure.
