About the Role

We are currently recruiting Senior Cost Managers to join our London-based Central and Local Government Cost Management Team, supporting a diverse range of projects including refurbishment of listed buildings, office fit-outs, high-volume residential developments, and masterplanning commissions. In this role, you will lead the commercial delivery of multiple projects, develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, manage project costs, forecasts, reporting, and contract performance, and ensure effective commercial management through monitoring cost variances, cash flow, and contract changes. You will collaborate closely with client and contractor teams to achieve project KPIs and best-value outcomes, provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle, negotiate and agree final accounts, and support the mentoring and development of junior team members. Experience
- At least five years' experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in Cost Management, Contract Management (JCT and NEC), Procurement, and Risk Management
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Experience managing commissions, supporting team development, and sharing best practice
- Good understanding of construction industry practices including procurement routes, value management, and value engineering

Qualifications
- Degree or HNC level qualification
