About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior / Associate Cost Manager to join the London-based Engineering Services Real Estate team, supporting some of the largest and most prestigious healthcare projects across both the public and private sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate projects and masterplans while supporting ongoing professional development and career growth. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating cost consultancy activities such as feasibility estimating, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation and evaluation, value engineering, commercial management, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post-contract administration. You will promote a safe and secure working environment aligned with the organisation's values and culture, foster team engagement and high performance, and drive standards through effective communication, coaching, and performance management. The role also involves providing technical guidance, managing service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes, and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Experience
- Proven track record delivering high quality cost management and quantity surveying services within the MEP sector
- Experience managing MEP elements of work for clients
- Knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below)
- Experience utilising digital software for cost management delivery
- Previous experience within Health or Life Sciences is preferable

Qualifications
- Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
