We are seeking high calibre Associate Project Managers to join our expanding Utilities sector team, supporting the delivery of a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects. You will work on complex projects including clean and waste water treatment facilities, mains installation and replacement, environmental improvement, asset management, developer services, Major Projects, and Strategic Resource Options.
Based in our London office, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients across the South-East region, contributing to the successful delivery of diverse and challenging projects. As an Associate, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing future Project Managers, leading teams, and working closely with clients to deliver impactful infrastructure solutions that address water and environmental resilience challenges.
Experience
- Substantial infrastructure project/programme management experience across the full lifecycle
- Proven ability to deliver to client objectives, manage contracts and budgets, and lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of project controls, financial management, schedule management, and benefits alignment
- Practical understanding and application of CDM regulations
- Experience in health, safety, quality, and environmental management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted advisor relationships
- Strong problem solving, analytical, numerical, planning, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience working in challenging operational, stakeholder, and regulatory environments
- Experience with utilities/water infrastructure projects and NEC contract management is beneficial
- Familiarity with public sector organisations and consultancy or client-side project management is advantageous

Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in management, construction, infrastructure or equivalent experience preferred
- Professional affiliation with APM, ICE, or equivalent institution desirable
- Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, or MSP preferred
- NEC accreditations or qualifications advantageous
- CSCS or equivalent health and safety qualifications
- NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualifications
- CDM awareness
