About the Role
Turner & Townsend is a leading consultancy provider to the Infrastructure sector, seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager for prestigious infrastructure projects. You will bring extensive cost management experience and apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment. The role requires establishing professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders. Key responsibilities include administering contracts in line with project objectives, providing accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting, managing cost variance and contract cash flow, and ensuring timely applications. You will collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering. Effective contract change management, driving improvements in forecast accuracy, providing commercial support, negotiating final accounts, and leading teams and commissions are also essential aspects of this role.

Experience
- Proven experience in Cost / Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
- Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost
- Post contract administration experience
- Experience working on major programmes and projects
- Experience in infrastructure projects such as rail, air/aviation, marine/ports, utilities, highways
- Experience in leading and managing teams
