As an experienced Awaab's Law Team Leader, you will lead our specialist team managing Awaab’s Law cases, delivering timely, compliant solutions and outstanding resident outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our response to Awaab's Law, drive service excellence, and support residents when they need us most.

You will:
- Lead and motivate a team of Awaab's Law Leads and Administrators.
- Manage cases from identification through to resolution, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.
- Work closely with operational teams and contractors to coordinate investigations and remedial works.
- Use data and insight to improve performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure residents receive clear, empathetic communication throughout their journey.

Experience
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of delivering high-performing services.
- Experience in repairs or compliance case management, ideally within housing.
- Experience supporting escalations, high-risk cases, and complaints, using feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working with housing management systems and performance reporting.
- Strong organisational skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
