About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London that we are deeply proud of. Sam is on the floor most days, working alongside our team because we believe in leading from the front. Our team members aren't just employees; they're part of our family. We're a small, close-knit group and we only work with the right people, investing in them properly.

We are passionate about hospitality and everything it can offer. We believe amazing hospitality should always be a joy — for our guests and for the people delivering it. We are looking for front of house staff — waiters, hosts, and bar staff — who love hospitality and take real pride in looking after people. Whether you are highly experienced and ready for a new home, or earlier in your career with the right attitude and genuine passion for the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What we can't teach is warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job. If you have those, we can build the rest together.

Experience
Experience is valued but not essential. What matters most is a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic.
