About the Role
Join our team at Baxterstorey as a Barista, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your coffee-making skills in a vibrant environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers a chance to develop your skills through bespoke training and apprenticeship opportunities, making it suitable for all experience levels.

Experience
Proven experience with a strong background in coffee preparation and serving.

About you
You should have knowledge of food safety standards and practices, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory are also essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for coffee and customer service is a must!
