Experience
Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment or a similar role.

Excellent level of both written and spoken English. Displaying a ‘can do’ attitude. Able to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude. Ability to work in a team and independently. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service and a genuine desire to provide a 5-star experience. Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
Essential:

H&S certification (Level 2 or Level 3). Exceptional latte art skills. Good knowledge of various types of coffee beans and roasts. Innovative and creative with new ideas.
