About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, skilled Barista to take full ownership of a busy coffee bar located in a vibrant corporate office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently high-quality coffee.

Main responsibilities include preparing and serving excellent coffee and hot beverages with strong knowledge of coffee machines and grinders, setting up the coffee bar daily including arranging cakes, pastries, and stocked fridges with ready-to-eat items like sandwiches and salads, accurately handling transactions and processing payments, managing stock rotation and temperature checks, maintaining allergen information, and ensuring the workspace is clean, organised, and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards. You will communicate confidently and professionally with office staff and visitors, plan ahead, manage time efficiently, and take initiative to run the coffee bar independently.

Experience
Proven experience with a strong background in coffee preparation and serving.
