About the Role
We are seeking a confident Barista to join our support function team, serving coffee to approximately 300 staff members within the head office of a Nationwide Building Society. In addition to coffee service, you will support food service within the location. You will prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods and equipment, maintaining high standards. Basic latte art skills such as hearts are desirable but not essential. You will greet customers warmly, share the story of our menu, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules and health and safety standards is essential. You will also monitor stock levels, restock supplies, operate till systems, and provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints. Requirements

Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is preferred. Previous experience in the food service industry is often a plus.
