About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Barista to join our small, friendly team in the heart of London. Our café takes pride in serving excellent coffee and delivering warm, efficient service. The atmosphere is fast-paced and lively, and our customers are fantastic. You will delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods and equipment to our standards. You will share the story of our menu, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards is essential. You will follow all health and food safety guidelines, monitor stock levels, restock supplies, use till systems for payments and orders, provide exceptional customer service, resolve any customer issues, and assist the team with other tasks as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
