Rotating shift pattern including early and late shifts, 8 hours each, within lounge opening times of 04:30 to 22:30

Salary
£14.41 per hour, overtime £18.01 per hour (subject to terms)

We are looking for a Bartender who strives to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional experiences in the prestigious British Airways Concorde Lounge.

As a key member of our team, you will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to agreed specifications, including speciality coffees and other hot drinks. You will interact with customers, take orders, mix drinks, and offer snacks while providing attentive and excellent service throughout the passenger journey. Teamwork is essential to ensure smooth operations and to foster an inclusive and safe working environment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas, complying with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines. Flexibility is required to work the rotating shifts within the lounge’s operating hours.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
