About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London that we are deeply proud of. Sam works on the floor most days alongside the team because we believe in leading from the front. Our team members are not just employees; they are part of our family. We are looking for front of house staff — waiters, waitresses, and bar staff — who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. Whether you are highly experienced and ready for a new home or earlier in your career with the right attitude and genuine passion for the industry, we want to hear from you.

What we can't teach is warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job. If you have those, we can build the rest together.
