About the Role
You will work as part of a Product Team within Veolia DB&T, supporting the Product Owner with the DB&T element of all Municipal Bids. Your key focus will be to provide written documentation and associated costs for the DB&T element of Municipal bids. Working closely with the bid team, you will ensure all information is relevant, accurate, and responsive to each Authority's requirements. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Municipal ICT offering and provide suitable written responses at each stage of the bid lifecycle, adhering to strict deadlines.

Your responsibilities include preparing costs based on resources provided, managing workload to meet submission deadlines, attending dialogue meetings to understand Authority requirements, and maintaining accessible documentation and libraries of DB&T information and diagrams. You will also keep DB&T costs current, liaise with other teams to ensure accurate costing, and provide regular progress updates.

When an award is confirmed, you will prepare and hand over a scope document to the Municipal team. Staying informed on technology advances that could positively influence the system and roadmap is essential. You will convey enthusiasm and knowledge of products to motivate the bid team and Authorities, and contribute to cost-benefit analysis of trial projects and other team projects as required.

Experience
Degree level education in an IT-related subject is essential. Experience with operational systems and knowledge of Veolia business activities is desirable.

Qualifications
A degree in an IT-related discipline is required. Additional qualifications or experience related to operational systems and municipal ICT offerings are advantageous but not mandatory.
