About the Role
As a Bid Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Product Team within Veolia DB&T, working closely with the Product Owner to support the DB&T element of all Municipal Bids. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, accurate written documentation and associated costs for the DB&T components of municipal bids. You will collaborate with the bid team to ensure all information is relevant, precise, and tailored to the requirements of each Authority.

You will manage workload effectively to meet strict deadlines, attend relevant dialogue meetings to understand Authority requirements, and maintain comprehensive libraries of DB&T information, diagrams, and costs. Additionally, you will keep up to date with changes in the Municipal ICT offering and technology advances that could positively influence the system and roadmap.

Other duties include preparing cost-benefit analyses for trial projects, supporting team projects as required, and preparing scope documents following bid awards. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help motivate the bid team and Authorities by clearly conveying the meaning behind functions and services.

Experience
Degree level education in an IT-related subject is essential.
Attention to detail and high problem-solving ability are required.
Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
