About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Co-Ordinator to join our busy and expanding Business Generation team in London, supporting our Real Estate and Advisory teams.
Key responsibilities include working with relevant team members to write and produce draft documents and bid responses in line with company standards, managing bid timetables to ensure deadlines are met and bids are submitted correctly, reviewing bid documents and collating previous relevant bids and best practice answers, proofing and editing colleagues’ bid responses to ensure completeness and quality, and collaborating with other Bid Specialists to maintain consistent bid quality.
You will also work with Business Generation to maintain the central bid library, ensuring bids are filed, meta-tagged, and best practice answers identified to build the bid portal. Additionally, you will support the management of Contacts and Marketing activities related to bids.

Experience
Demonstrable experience producing draft bid responses
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
Experience working with bid portals
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines

Qualifications
Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject such as Marketing or English, or equivalent experience
APMP Certification preferred but not essential
Experience with InDesign software preferred but not essential
