About the Role
As a Bid Lead at Accurx, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the bid process from inception to submission. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that align with client needs and company objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines to secure new business opportunities and contribute to Accurx’s growth.

Experience
Proven experience in bid management or proposal coordination, preferably within a technology or healthcare environment. Demonstrated ability to lead complex bids and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

About you
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Formal training or certification in bid management or project management is advantageous but not essential.
