About the Role
Help our students thrive in Biology at Oasis Academy Hadley by delivering high-quality A Level Biology tutoring in small group sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by helping students build confidence, close knowledge gaps, and achieve their potential in a supportive and ambitious academy environment. You will deliver engaging, focused sessions designed to accelerate progress and deepen understanding. Working closely with teaching staff and academy leaders, you will ensure tutoring is aligned with the curriculum and tailored to meet individual student needs. You will create a positive, focused, and supportive learning environment while maintaining simple records of sessions and student outcomes.

Experience
Strong subject knowledge in A Level Biology and experience delivering tutoring or teaching is preferred.

Qualifications
