As Bistro Head Chef, you will lead, inspire, collaborate with, and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business. You will continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment.
You will create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation. Achieving business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance will be a key part of your role.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role
Demonstrable experience managing, training, and supporting a team
