About the Role
Join Lambeth Council at an exciting time of transformation as we deliver on our bold ambitions through the Lambeth 2030 Plan and the One Lambeth Programme. We are seeking a confident and qualified Registered Building Inspector (RBI) at Class 2A or above to join our dynamic Building Control team. This role offers the opportunity to carry out plan assessments and site inspections on a wide variety of projects, working independently with support available when needed. You will contribute to shaping the future of Building Control in Lambeth, aligned with the Building Safety Act and the establishment of the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).

Experience
Strong experience in Building Control including site inspections and plan assessments. Proven technical knowledge of Building Regulations and associated guidance is essential.

Qualifications
