Salary: £26,500 Door to door pay 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Additional earnings available through overtime 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out) Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE The successful candidate will learn what good looks like for pre-planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks through the guidance of your mentor, learning skills in basic carpentry, plumbing and civils as well as undertaking regular PPM's carried out on all our clients key equipment and fabric so the stores remain safe, legal and looking great. You will also be required to gain an understanding of how to complete all necessary documentation relevant to site works, both paper and electronic, including method statements, risk assessments and permits and other relevant safety documentation.
