Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with potential to increase to 48 hours and an increased salary.

Salary
Starting basic salary of £27,788 per annum plus £4,000 South East allowance. Expected OTE: £42,000 per annum including bonus and commission schemes. Additional benefits include travel allowance, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards.

About the Role
Join Rentokil as a Graduate Pest Control Technician and make a difference by solving pest problems and helping customers. No prior experience is necessary as full industry-leading training is provided. You will initially cover a specific geographical area, inspecting premises for pests, identifying risks, resolving pest issues, and advising customers on maintenance and hygiene. Accurate reporting and exceptional customer service are key to this role.
After 6-12 months, you will have the opportunity to develop your career by choosing from roles such as Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager. Rentokil supports your career growth with continuous learning and development opportunities while you work.

Experience
No prior experience required. Full training provided.

About you
A minimum 2:2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism. You should have a strong desire to work hard and enjoy meeting and interacting with customers daily. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs is essential. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
