Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future accompanied by an increased salary.

Salary
Starting basic salary of £27,788 per annum plus £3,000 London weighting. Expected OTE: £32,566 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

About the Role
Join Rentokil Pest Control as a Graduate Pest Control Technician and make a difference in your community. This role offers comprehensive, industry-leading training with no prior experience required. You will initially cover a specific geographical area including Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Balham, Tooting, and Merton. Your responsibilities will include inspecting customer premises for signs of pests, identifying potential risks, swiftly addressing pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour, providing advice on maintenance and hygiene, completing accurate reports, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image.

During the first 6-12 months, you will focus on gaining hands-on experience and training. Over the next 12-36 months, you will have the opportunity to choose your career path from roles such as Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager. Experience
No prior experience required as full training is provided. Successful candidates have included graduates with science-based, business management, or social science degrees.

About you
- A minimum 2:2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.
- A strong desire to work hard and enjoy meeting and interacting with customers daily.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
