About the Role
Ingeus is seeking a Business Manager to motivate and support a professional and operational team to achieve high performance and exceed all contractual targets, including compliance and customer service standards, through highly effective communication and leadership. You will oversee participant engagement and the daily operational management of the site, ensuring every participant receives tailored, comprehensive support to equip them with the right tools to quickly move into sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities include providing coaching and mentoring to Team Leaders, ensuring Continuous Professional Development remains central to their role and the wider team; meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets and Key Performance Indicators monthly; delivering key financial targets as defined in regional budgets; maintaining strong external relationships with Jobcentre Plus teams and supporting Team Leaders to be visible and active within these sites; and analysing performance data to identify risks or trends and implementing solutions to maintain and exceed performance expectations.

The role is part of the Restart Scheme, a specially designed programme offering intensive and tailored support to participants who have been out of work for six months or more, helping them find sustained employment in their local area.

Experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate large teams to achieve targets
- Experience of financial tracking, forecasting, and working towards budget preparation
- Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and local stakeholders relevant to the area
- Experience working in a performance target-driven environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment managing multiple priorities
