About the Role
Ingeus is seeking a Business Manager to motivate and support a professional and operational team to achieve high performance and exceed all contractual targets, including compliance and customer service standards, through highly effective communication and leadership. You will oversee participant engagement and the daily operational management of the site, ensuring every participant receives tailored, comprehensive support to equip them with the right tools to quickly move into sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities include providing coaching and mentoring to Team Leaders to ensure Continuous Professional Development remains central to their roles and the wider team, meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets and Key Performance Indicators monthly, and delivering key financial targets as defined in regional budgets. You will maintain strong external relationships with Jobcentre Plus (JCP) teams, support Team Leaders to be visible and active within JCP sites, and analyse performance data to identify risks or trends and implement solutions to maintain and exceed performance expectations.

This role is part of the Restart Scheme, a specially designed programme offering intensive and tailored support to participants who have been out of work for 6+ months to help them find sustained employment in their local area.

Experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate large teams to achieve targets.
- Experience in financial tracking and forecasting, with the ability to work towards financial budgets.
- Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and local stakeholders.
- Experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment managing multiple priorities.
