London (Stratford), Manchester (Trafford) or hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours from reporting office/working location.

£40,649 per annum (London weighted salary) or £36,073 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience
About the Role
Join the Business Planning Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and play a key role in delivering our Corporate Strategy. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a high-performing, agile, and values-driven team at the heart of L&Q’s programme of change. Reporting to the Head of Business Planning within the Governance and Transformation Directorate, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the organisation to deliver consistent, high-quality business planning.
This is an ideal role for a results-oriented, creative, analytical, and detail-focused individual seeking to develop a career in business planning and strategy. You will help establish the annual cycle of planning activities, analyse cross-functional plans to build a comprehensive view of L&Q’s short and long-term delivery, produce assurance reporting on plans and performance, and contribute to L&Q’s communications narrative.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience in business planning and strategic planning processes
- Experience undertaking detailed tasks in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly within a matrix management environment
- Ability to apply data intelligently to support analysis and decision-making
- Excellent organisation, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
