About the Role
Join London and Quadrant Housing Trust’s Commercial Corporate Services Team as a Category Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping procurement strategies across a diverse range of goods and services. You will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse supply markets, and deliver category strategies that optimise value, quality, service, and sustainability. This role involves leading complex, multi-million-pound procurement projects, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and commercial standards. You will contribute to the transformation of procurement services through a newly structured team focused on category management and business partnering, helping to deliver lasting value for residents and communities. Hybrid working is supported, with 20% to 40% of contractual hours worked from your reporting office or working location.

Experience
Extensive experience managing end-to-end procurement activities with a strong understanding of Public Contracts Regulations. Proven ability to deliver procurement solutions tailored to stakeholder needs across both public and private sectors. Strong contract negotiation skills and commercial acumen. Experience in Corporate Services categories is desirable.
